With experience spanning concierge desks, airport terminals, wings and white tablecloths, Raymond brings a love of hospitality with serious range to the Midtown Houston kitchen. At Buffalo Wild Wings he mastered both the front and back of house, juggling sauces, schedules, and staff like a pro. He then leveled up to multi-unit operations at OTG inside IAH Airport, where managing multiple eateries meant keeping service sharp, even at 30,000 feet of chaos. He’s held the reins as FOH Manager and Acting GM at Hearsay Gastro Lounge, and as Head Concierge at Hotel ICON, where no request was too weird, too late, or too impossible when the standard was “yes.” Raymond also spent six years as an owner’s representative, working directly with lawyers, lobbyists, and investors to advocate for client interests and manage high-stakes projects. He’s now thrilled to bring all that experience, grit, and heart to Home Slice, where he leads the Midtown kitchen with focus, finesse, and a whole lot of pride. Professionally, Raymond is driven by the pursuit of service excellence and the kind of leadership that leaves a lasting impression on guests and also the teams he mentors.
