Cynthia caught the restaurant bug at 15 slinging chicken sandwiches at Chick-fil-A, and it’s been hospitality or bust ever since. She spent over a decade mastering the fast-paced world of Asian fusion—starting as a cashier and quickly working her way up to kitchen boss, where she led culinary initiatives that became company gospel. Her knack for building strong kitchen culture and launching new locations earned her a rep as the one you call when you want things done right (and deliciously). Before joining the Home Slice fam, Cynthia added a little frosting to her résumé as General Manager of the Production Bakery at Sprinkles, the cupcake empire—sweetening her already impressive skill set with a touch of whimsy. Now she’s leading the charge at Home Slice Midtown, introducing Houston to our brand of unapologetically awesome pizza, one slice (and one loyal fan) at a time. Off the clock, she’s all about vintage treasures, farmers markets, and Houston festivals—staying just as curious and hands-on, but with less flour on her jumpsuit.
